Why spreading happiness will make you happy
you see urself as that cool person - self esteem - happiness
you do not have conflicts - ego vs self esteem - simpler life - happiness

1) to know something
2) to make others like/respect/etc us
3) to make others happy.
4) to overcome boredom?
80% (2) .
problem -
1) you miss out on 1. & 2.
2) you subconciously assume that you are inferior and you have to make yourself known to others. That makes you behaviour inferior and other subconsciously percieve that . Complicated eh! so you miss out on 3).
Solution -
focus on 1) and 3) or be quiet 80% of the time.

Ego = how you think others feel about you
Sometimes they conflict.
You like yourself for what you like others.
Self Esteem is more important than Ego for being happy. why? basic emotion, you spend max of the time with yourself, this is the person who knows you most and best, what you think of you is known to you without doubts - assume better from other person when in doubt.
How ego affects self esteem directly. Reverse justification , he finds me __, y?, start looking for reasons y u r _____. Protect your ego , don't let people thrash u!

Sure formula for getting RICH and getting LAID
So this is my first blog! I know how important it is to get started with things. The first step is the last step. So i m starting here with this crap (things said until now, things to follow would change your life!) .
Why am I writing? To develop and refine my philosophy of life, to document and share crazy experiences , and to derive the pleasure of social service by helping people become more like me!
